Basic website design package @ $500

Includes the following:

• design of a template that is applied to the website
• 5 pages (home, about, rates and policies, photo gallery, and contact us are the standard pages)
• navigation between all pages
• lightbox gallery for the photos
• contact form that can include a simple auto response to the guest (i.e. "Thank you for contacting us. We will reply shortly.")
• simple applicable graphics
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) including Keywords and Meta Descriptions and implementation of Google Analytics
• Social Media buttons and links to your accounts/pages (i.e. Facbook, Twitter, Google+, Add This or Share This, Google +1)

More details:

Site templates are created in Dreamweaver and installed directly to your web hosting server. While I create the site, I will host it on my website so you can see the progress before it goes live on your site.

Before beginning your website design, I will have you fill out a website project worksheet. This worksheet is to help you to focus on exactly what you would like from your website design. After going over the project sheet to determine your vision and needs for the website, I will create 2 to 3 design concepts for you to choose from (choose one as is or pull different elements from each design to get the look you would like). I ask that you browse through the internet to get a feel of the layout that you like the best as well. It may be as easy as just wanting the same layout that I have for our vacation homes website.

To begin a project, I require half down, and then the balance after I have finished the site but before it is uploaded to your server.

Any updating after the installation is $75 per hour with a half hour minimum.
